David Irwin, Irwin Design and The Show Training Network

David Irwin’s skill set affords a unique first hand insight into our industry. An accomplished lighting designer / programmer for over 31 years with instrumental contributions in the lighting simulation field, developing training and support for WYSIWYG and providing undeniable credibility.

David started Genesis Lighting in 1979 along with his brother Mike and later
 Steve in San Diego Ca. We did corporate shows and concerts.

David Started AVI Stage Lighting in 1992 and serviced Steve and Mikes Corporate
clients. He built the company and brought on a partner in 1998.
David sold his company in 2002 after doing  everybody from Sammy Davis Jr. to Eminem. Kodak to Ford. Countless  shows from London England To Acapulco
Mexico.
